How to Report a Grievance for Ongoing Projects

If you have any complaints or concerns regarding ongoing projects, you can follow our  Guidelines on Grievance Redress Mechanism (GRM) to ensure your concerns are addressed effectively.

  1. Submit Your Complaint:
    You can submit your grievance directly to the Project Site GRM Officer or the Ward GRM Officer located at your Ward Administrator’s Office. These officers are responsible for receiving and processing all project-related grievances.

  2. Download and Complete the GRM Form:
    If you prefer to submit your complaint in writing, you can download the GRM form below. Once filled, forward it to the Project Site GRM Officer or the Ward GRM Officer located at your Ward Administrator’s Office.
